CULTURE CLASH is a 25-piece limited-edition fine-art collection created for luxury hospitality and private interiors.

Each work brings African cultural heritage into an unexpected dialogue with contemporary life, creating bold, sophisticated statement pieces with story, character and a strong sense of place.

Designed to elevate guest spaces, spark conversation and strengthen a property’s identity, each artwork is printed on canvas and individually enhanced by hand with paint and texture.

THE ARTIST

Africa has always been a part of who I am. I grew up surrounded by its beauty, people, cultures, colours and traditions, which have continued to inspire me throughout my life. My creative journey began in interior decorating, where I developed a deep understanding of colour, texture, proportion and how beautiful spaces come together. I worked alongside decorators and, early in my career, was fortunate to work with Wetherlys, experiences that shaped my appreciation for considered interiors.

Since 2010, photography has become my way of connecting with the world. Photographing luxury lodges and hospitality spaces in South Africa and abroad has given me an instinctive understanding of how art, interiors and architecture work together to create a memorable guest experience.

As technology continues to reshape our creative world, I have incorporated AI into my image-making process, allowing me to develop visual concepts that might otherwise exist only in my imagination. Each image is then transformed through printing and hand-applied paint and texture, creating a physical artwork that is distinctly my own.

CULTURE CLASH brings these worlds together; African heritage, contemporary creativity, photography and my understanding of luxury interiors to create artwork designed not simply to fill a space, but to become part of its story.

Each artwork is available in a selection of sizes, with a strict edition of only 30 works per image across all sizes.

Once an artwork reaches its edition of 30, it will never be produced again.
